What to bring?

Positivity
No matter what shape you are in - you will get results if you bring a positive attitude. Don't worry, we will encourage you in a very positive environment 🙂

Active Wear
Make no mistake - you will be moving and you will have fun doing it. But it is important to be comfortable for maximum enjoyment.
Bring along your old faithful sneakers and track suit or whatever you feel comfortable in. Don't worry, this is NOT a fashion contest. We are all here to have fun and get healthy.

Fluid
Hydration is key. We are not going to just walk around the park...no no no.. get ready to perspire and we need to replenish our fluids! Water is the best but if you need a little more boost then thats ok also but we recommend you avoid energy drinks as the caffeine content actually dehydrates your body.
